For those in your 20’s a good skincare regimen should mostly focus on prevention to protect and maintain your lovely young complexion.

A gentle cleanse in the morning, followed by an antioxidant serum to protect the skin against harmful free radicals and environmental pollution and lastly a broad spectrum high SPF sunscreen moisturiser is perfect for someone in their 20’s.

If you’re experiencing breakouts or congestion an AHA cleanser will help to deep clean your pores. Follow this with a low dose BHA serum for those with an oily skin, or a restorative face oil ( I 💗@vintnersdaughter) if you have a normal to dry skin. Finish with a hydrating moisturiser and be sure to include your neck and décolletage. My advice is to keep it simple, layering too many products can cause breakouts, congestion, dryness and sensitivity. And of course eating well is everything, don’t forget to include lots of dark leafy vegetables, nuts, seeds and essential fatty acids to keep your lovely visage tip top
