WHAT SEASONAL CHANGES HAVE YOU MADE TO YOUR ROUTINE NOW THAT WE’RE HEADING INTO WINTER?

Like many of us, Grant says her biggest concern in winter is dryness.
“I like to incorporate a face oil and a richer night cream, switch out to oil and milk cleansers, and I love to use an enzyme exfoliating mask two to three times per week to gently slough away dry skin.”

Having studios in different locations, Grant’s skin is benefiting from the break in flying, but she’s still partial to a little pampering in isolation.
“I’ve been trying to make more of an effort to add quick and simple steps to my evening routine to give my complexion a boost. ie. a longer massage with my gua sha, using my micro current device more often, or a quick mask to hydrate and plump whilst replying to my emails or on a call,” she tells BAZAAR.
“It’s important to have fun with your home treatments. I find the ritual itself is enough to decompress and destress at the end of the day.”
