Reservations

To obtain your preferred appointment day and time, we ask that you book well in advance. We will always do our best to accommodate your schedule, however, in instances where we cannot, we can add you to our priority list, which is checked daily if cancellations occur. To secure your appointment, we do require a booking deposit, which can be used as a partial or full prepayment for your treatment on the day.

Cancellations and Booking Fees

We appreciate that life has been a little tricky over the past couple of years throughout the duration of the COVID pandemic.

However, whilst we would like to remain lenient, over time last minute cancellations have increased and continue to significantly impact our business. After careful consideration, we have made the decision to adjust and reinstate our cancellation policy, and wanted to provide advance notice.

Cancellation Policy Terms

Card details and a booking deposit are required at the time of booking to secure all appointments. All booking deposits are non-refundable.

We will send you a text message and email reminder confirming your appointment 72 hours prior.

If you choose to reschedule or cancel your booking, or are absent at the time of your appointment, you will incur the full treatment fee.

In an extenuating circumstance, such as flu-like symptoms or a positive CO-VID19 result, the cost of your treatment will be deducted at the time of your appointment and will be applied as a credit to your account, for redemption within 30 days (treatment only).

Prices and Services

Education in technological and clinical advancements informs everything we do. As such we are constantly finessing and adapting our treatments. As such, our treatment menu may be modified in order to provide best practice in skin health and improvement. Treatment pricing is also subject to change.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates may be purchased in either a physical or digital form and allocated to a particular treatment or a monetary value  — the choice is at your discretion. Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the time of purchase. We do offer a complimentary gift wrapping service and are more than happy to have your voucher express posted to the recipient should you wish to do so. Treatment Programmes

MELANIE GRANT SKIN HEALTH offers a Light Therapy Programme that comprises of ten Light Therapy Facials and is priced at a total of $2000. The package waives the need for a booking deposit for any appointment, and allows priority for appointment times.

The Light Therapy Program doesn’t expire and can be used in either our Melbourne or Sydney Studios.

Before your treatment

For new clients, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to complete all necessary paperwork. If you are running late, we ask you to please call your preferred studio so that we can prepare this in advance. We advise that you avoid the use of sunless tanning products on the face, neck and décolletage for seven days before your appointment. Please also make a note of the details of your current home regime, your skin concerns and any recent peels, laser or corrective treatments, eyebrow tattooing, injectables and waxing that you may have recently carried out in the weeks prior to your appointment.
