These terms apply to products you purchase through SkincareEdit at melaniegrant.com. Please read them before ordering. The seller, the currency and taxes, your statutory consumer rights, and the governing law depend on your country and are set out in the local provisions below.
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email. This confirms we have received your order but does not form a contract. A binding contract arises only when we send an email confirming that your order has been dispatched.
We may decline or cancel an order — for example, where an item is unavailable, where there has been a pricing error, or where we are unable to fulfil it — and will refund any payment taken in that event.
Prices are shown in your local currency as indicated at checkout, with applicable taxes. Delivery or shipping charges are shown separately. Payment is taken at the time of order through our payment provider. We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct but reserve the right to correct obvious errors. Your right to cancel (cooling-off). For most online purchases, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason, and to receive a refund. To cancel, contact us at hello@melaniegrant.com within that period. We will refund the price of the goods and standard delivery within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return. This right does not apply to sealed cosmetic and skincare products that have been unsealed after delivery, as these are exempt for health and hygiene reasons.
Faulty or misdescribed goods. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If a product is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to the appropriate remedy — which may include a refund, replacement, or repair — regardless of any credit policy.
