The Australian Financial Review's Life & Leisure supplement ran a cover story by Divya Venkataraman on the rise of men's aesthetic treatments in Australia, published 13 March 2026.
Melanie Grant was quoted throughout on the shift from taboo to routine maintenance. "My current male client base sits at around 15%," she told the AFR. "It's no longer a niche or outlier segment." She also observed that treatments are increasingly framed as professional upkeep rather than vanity: "We've moved past the era of the hush-hush plastic surgery office."
