The Sunday Telegraph's Insider Spotlight ran "Couture culture in Paris" by Nadia Salemme across pages 106–107 of its 24 September 2023 edition, on the Australian designers and creatives making their mark at Paris Fashion Week.
Melanie Grant features as the Australian-born, London-based facialist also en route to the shows, where she would be working with models and "it" girls — the piece notes a client roster including Victoria Beckham, Dua Lipa, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Jennifer Aniston.
"Aussie and French approaches to beauty are very similar in a lot of ways," Grant said of the vogue for French-girl beauty. "We're both focused on skin health first and make up second, and there's a simplicity and preference for 'less is more' to both."
She described a Paris schedule of three to four visits a year: "Depending on the season, my team and I will collaborate with brands such as Augustinus Bader, Chanel or Victoria Beckham Beauty — launching new products, preparing models for runway and guests and editors for red carpet and events."
