Melanie has been the official skincare expert for CHANEL for more than a decade. In that time she has come to know CHANEL's formulas closely, and how to get the most out of them. Le Grand Soin is built on that knowledge.

It is our signature CHANEL facial, drawn from the CHANEL Sublimage range. You book it when you want your skin to look rested, renewed and deeply cared for. It combines classic French beauty methods with modern skin improvement technology, and it is designed to visibly rejuvenate the complexion.

Who it suits

Le Grand Soin suits you if your skin looks tired or has lost some of its firmness and tone. It is a good choice when you want both restoration and real time to relax.

It also suits anyone who already loves CHANEL skincare and wants to see what those formulas can do in expert hands. If you are not sure it is the right facial for your skin, your therapist can talk it through with you.

What happens in the room

The treatment layers a series of CHANEL formulations, each with its own job.

• Elixirs and concentrates. These are infused with microencapsulated precious oils.
• Antioxidant blends. These include rare antioxidants to help restore and revitalise the skin.
• Targeted masks. These are enriched with vitamins and chosen for your skin.

Each product is worked into the skin by hand. Alongside this, your therapist performs a bespoke massage designed to firm, lift and relax. The massage does more than feel good. It helps the products sink in, encourages lymphatic flow and helps sculpt the contours of the face.

The technology used alongside the products supports this work. The result is a facial that feels deeply relaxing but is doing real work on the skin.

Results and aftercare

You can expect skin that looks restored and revitalised, with more defined contours and a healthy glow. The massage helps the face look lifted and less puffy, and the products leave the skin feeling nourished.
