This facial brings together two things we care about. One is the technology we use across our studios. The other is the formulas and techniques of Biologique Recherche, a brand many people already know and trust.

No two of these facials are the same. Each one is customised to what your skin needs on the day you come in. If your skin changes with the seasons, with travel or with stress, the treatment changes with it.

Who it suits

It suits you if you like the idea of Biologique Recherche but want more than a product-led facial. It also suits anyone who would rather not book a fixed treatment and hope it fits. Here the plan is made after we have looked at your skin, not before.

It is a good choice if you are new to us and want a clear picture of your skin, and just as good if you are a regular client who wants a session that responds to how your skin is right now.

What happens in the room

Every session starts with a comprehensive skin analysis. Your therapist looks closely at your skin and works out what it needs that day.

From there they design a custom protocol. It draws on our advanced modalities, combined with Biologique Recherche's formulas. Depending on your skin, those modalities may include:

• Microdermabrasion to refine the surface of the skin
• LED
• Electrical current

Your therapist chooses which formulas to use and how to combine them with the technology. The point is that the two work together. The technology helps the formulas do their job, and the formulas are matched to what the analysis showed.

Results and aftercare

Your skin should feel restored and balanced, and look visibly revitalised. Because the protocol is built around your skin on the day, the result will feel specific to you rather than generic.

Your therapist will explain what they saw in the skin analysis and what they did about it. That is useful in itself. It gives you a clearer sense of how your skin is behaving, and what might help it between visits.
