The Ultimate Collagen Treatment + Exosome Infusion
Microneedling followed by an exosome infusion into the fresh micro-channels, to support calm skin and improve tone, texture and firmness over time.

This treatment pairs Collagen Induction Therapy, also known as microneedling, with an exosome infusion. The idea is to work with your skin's own ability to renew itself, then support it while it settles.
You book it when you want firmer, smoother skin and you are happy to build results over time. Microneedling prompts the skin to make more of its own collagen and elastin. The exosome infusion adds a second step that sets this treatment apart from microneedling on its own.
Who it suits
This treatment suits you if you want to improve the look of:
- skin texture and tone
- fine lines and wrinkles
- acne scarring
- hyperpigmentation and sun damage
- firmness and elasticity
It also suits anyone who wants to bring back a healthy, luminous glow. This is a clinical treatment, so your therapist will assess your skin first. Suitability is confirmed at consultation before anything goes ahead.
What happens in the room
The treatment follows a clear order.
- Double cleanse and enzyme resurfacing. This clears and preps the skin.
- Microneedling. Your therapist creates thousands of tiny channels across the surface of the skin. These controlled micro-injuries act as a signal. They prompt the skin's natural healing response, which includes making more collagen and elastin.
- Exosome infusion. An exosome serum is applied into the fresh channels.
It helps to know what exosomes are. They are tiny vesicles that cells use to communicate, and they carry proteins, lipids and growth factors. Here the serum is used to support the look of calm, healthy skin as it settles after microneedling.
Results and aftercare
Results build over a course of treatments. Over time you can expect a visible improvement in tone, texture, firmness and radiance. Fine lines, scarring and pigmentation tend to look softer. Skin looks smoother, plumper and more resilient.
Results vary from person to person. Some redness afterwards is normal. It comes from the microneedling, not the exosomes, and usually settles within a day or two. Your therapist will give you clear aftercare advice before you leave. Follow it closely while your skin settles.
Good to know
This works best as a course rather than a single visit. Your therapist will talk you through a plan that suits your skin and your goals at your consultation. If you have an event coming up, allow time for any redness to settle first.
